To use the Quadstick on a computer, simply upload a profile with keyboard and mouse controls onto the Quadstick so that the Quadstick appears as a keyboard and mouse when plugged into the computer. You can also program the Quadstick with gamepad controls and this should also work for some games on the computer with gamepad support. However, mouse and keyboard controls should work universally with all games on a computer.
